  • Withdrawal a cable of home wiring installation, from ODP to the OTP.
  • Installation and setting ONT and STB.
  • Make the minutes of the completion of the work:
    • Fill out a form with a request the signature of the customer.
    • Take Photos at least four times (ODP, Customer Home, Speed test, ONT / Router).
  • The Form and photo will be given to the Project Administrator related project.

  • Maintain current and state of the art knowledge in related fields such as project, program and portfolio management, environmental, technology, construction, industry standards, building codes, standards and risk areas.
  • Advanced skills and understanding of project management tools, accounting systems and current MS Office products particularly Excel.

Qdc together with Power Equipment manufacturer undertakes engineering and design for Low 70 KV voltage to High 500 KV voltage substation work. The work responsibility includes designs, installs and commissioning of a power substation equipment until energized and connected from power generation to the transmission distribution lines.

Fiber To The Home (FTTH)

Fiber to the Home atau disingkat dengan FTTH merupakan suatu format penghantaran isyarat optik dari pusat penyedia/provider ke kawasan pengguna dengan menggunakan serat optik sebagai medium penghantaran. Perkembangan teknologi ini tidak terlepas dari kemajuan perkembangan teknologi serat optik yang dapat mengantikan penggunaan kabel konvensional. Dan juga didorong oleh keinginan untuk mendapatkan layanan yang dikenal dengan istilah Triple Play Services yaitu layanan akan akses internet yang cepat, suara (jaringan telepon, PSTN) dan video (TV Kabel) dalam satu infrastruktur pada unit pelanggan.

Penghantaran dengan menggunakan teknologi FTTH ini dapat menghemat biaya dan mampu mengurangkan biaya operasi dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Ciri-ciri inheren serat optik membenarkan penghantaran isyarat telekomunikasi dengan lebar jalur yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan penggunaan kabel konvensional.

Dari gambar mengilustrasikan arsitektur umum dari suatu jaringan FTTH. Biasanya jarak antara pusat layanan dengan pelanggan dapat berkisar maksimum 20 km. Dimana pusat penghantaran penyelenggara layanan (service provider) yang berada di kantor utama disebut juga dengan central office (CO), disini terdapat peralatan yang disebut dengan OLT. Kemudian dari OLT ini dihubungkan kepada ONU yang ditempatkan di rumah-rumah pelanggan (customer’s) melalui jaringan distribusi serat optik (Optical Distribution Network, ODN). Isyarat optik dengan panjang gelombang (wavelength) 1490 nm dari hilir (downstream) dan isyarat optik dengan panjang gelombang 1310 nm dari hulu (upstream) digunakan untuk mengirim data dan suara.

Sedangkan layanan video dikonversi dahulu ke format optik dengan panjang gelombang 1550 nm oleh optik pemancar video (optical video transmitter). Isyarat optik 1550 nm dan 1490 nm ini digabungkan oleh pengabung (coupler) dan ditransmisikan ke pelanggan secara bersama. Singkatnya, tiga panjang gelombang ini membawa informasi yang berbeda secara simultan dan dalam berbagai arah pada satu kabel serat optik yang sama.

Penerapan aplikasi FTTH di Indonesia

Sekarang dengan begitu pesatnya perkembangan kebutuhan akan Layanan Internet dan aplikasi multimedia lainnya, teknologi FTTH saat ini telah menjadi salah satu solusi untuk dapat memberikan layanan Triple Play yang terdiri dari Data (Internet atau Intranet), Voice/Suara (VoIP) dan Video (Interaktive TV dan Multimedia) di dalam satu infrastruktur yang praktis.

Sebagai perbandingan sejak tahun 2007 di Jepang, hampir 70% masyarakat Jepang adalah pengguna internet, dan bersamaan dengan itu, minat masyarakat menjadi pelanggan FTTH juga meningkat pesat seiring dengan menurunnya minat akan Digital Subscriber Line (DSL). Sedangkan di Indonesia keinginan masyarakat akan internet masih rendah, dan tentunya alih teknologi kepada FTTH itu sendiri belum berpengaruh signifikan.

Saat ini di kota-kota besar Indonesia seperti Jakarta, kebutuhan akan akses internet yang cepat sudah cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan kota-kota lainnya, sehingga keinginan untuk beralih ke FTTH tentunya sudah menjadi gaya hidup tersendiri.

Pemasangan jaringan instalasi serat optik merupakan bahagian yang paling mahal dalam investasi teknologi ini. Beberapa metode instalasi yang telah diperkenalkan sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor lain seperti, anggaran yang disediakan, pilihan topologi jaringan, teknologi akses dan protokol, budaya masyarakat sekitar serta estetika. Berikut ini ada tiga metoda yang telah diimplementasikan dalam pemasangan instalasi jaringan serat optik:

  1. Instalasi bawah tanah (direct burial)
  2. Instalasi dalam pipa (duct installation)
  3. Instalasi udara (aerial installation)

Kantor QDC di Gedung Graha QDC Mampang Jakarta Selatan

Tepat pada hari pahlawan 10 november 2013 kantor qdc telah pindah ke gedung Graha QDC mampang dengan alamat gedung graha qdc jalan mampang prapatan raya no 28 jakarta selatan.

Dengan pindahnya kantor qdc di graha qdc ada perubahan dan peresmian logo baru pula berikut logo baru qdc technologies,

Gedung graha qdc terletak tepat di perempatan mampang prapatan, kurang lebih 500 meter setelah jalan rasuna said, sebelum halte busway mampang prapatan. pindahnya kantor qdc ini banyak perubahan di sisi internal qdc salah satunya pergantian nomor telp qdc menjadi 021 – 79191234 serta pergantian nomer fax 021-79193333 serta pergantian logo qdc dengan yang lebih simple dan bagus seperti gambar di atas.

sedangkan secara resmi gedung ini di resmikan pada tangal 11-11-2013 tepat pukul 11 oleh presiden direktur Redi Subekti dengan di dampingi oleh PT inovisi beliau menceritakan tentang awal mula memilih di gedung graha qdc serta lama pengerjaannya. bertepatan peresmian gedung baru di lakukan beberapa rentetan acara di antaranya,  di mulai dengan syukuran bersama anak yatim yang di lakukan pada tanggal 10 november lalu peresmian gedung serta peresmian logo baru pada tanggal 11 oktober 2013.
